What does this code mean?
Severity : MediumP0386 indicates that the crankshaft position sensor B signal is out of range or implausible. On engines with two crank sensors, the engine control module compares both signals to check engine rotation. An irregular or out of phase B signal sets this code even if the engine still runs.
Symptoms
- Check engine light on.
- Long cranking or hard starting.
- Intermittent misfire or stalling.
- Loss of power.

- Faulty crankshaft position sensor B.
- Damaged wiring or electrical interference from another circuit.
